School Council

Manor School has an active School Council that meets weekly. Representatives from Key Stage 2 are elected and attend a meeting with Louise the Deputy Head Teacher. At these meetings pupils support the school by promoting pupil voice, providing ideas for school improvement and sharing them with the Senior Leadership Team.

During the Year 2015/16 the School Council observed behaviour in classes and found behaviour to be excellent across the school. They also completed pieces of work to further promote our partnerships with Woodfield Manor School in Ghana as well as developing awareness of healthy eating throughout the school.

In July 2016 the School Council gave feedback on pupil behaviour as well as completing pupil questionnaires about provision for teaching and learning, and behaviour and safety at Manor School. The results can be found below:
