School Improvement Plan
We evaluate our work on an ongoing basis. This enables us to identify what we are doing well and what areas could be even further improved. Observations and data are gathered throughout the year to support us in this self evaluation. This then feeds into our school improvement planning.
The aim of our School Improvement Plan is to secure pupils’ academic achievement and personal development. Our School Improvement Plan (SIP) sets out the school’s strategy and development planning with a clear areas for development/improvement in the year ahead; it also identifies the progress made and impact of our previous SIP.
The Plan is developed through discussion by, and consultation with, staff, governors, parents and pupils. It is informed by School Self-evaluation. School Self-evaluation may also lead to amendment of the plan during the year. The Plan is reviewed by the Senior leadership Team, governors and curriculum leads at the end of every half term to identify progress, impact and identifying new areas for focus
The Plan incorporates the school’s response to the recommendations made in its last Ofsted Inspection report. (2012). Please click on the links below to see our SIP and our Self Evaluation Form (SEF) which identifies the strengths, impact of our work and future priorities. Alongside these plans we also have a very detailed action plan for leaders at all levels and a very detailed evaluation of the impact of our work in the past three years.
We have also separately evaluated our Early Years Foundation Stage. The results of this evaluation can be seen below.
